Poverty Race
Class & Culture...
How the complex relationship between Poverty & Race shapes American Society
Poverty Race Class & Culture is a 1/2 Day practitioner training designed to help participants understand the effects of race, class and cultural bias, on racial and ethnic minorities in America, particularly those living in poverty.
It addresses how these biases work to perpetuate both racism and poverty; and how they influence the structures and systems in our society.
Upon completion, participants will better understand why and how to support families living in poverty in ways that help them work to liberate themselves from poverty and its impact on their lives.
